Our practice includes complex and document-intensive civil litigation matters that are typically seen as the province of larger firms.
We handle such matters in two different ways, depending on client preferences. On occasion, we combine all our attorneys to act as a single litigation team. Alternatively, we participate in a larger "virtual" litigation team with major firms, particularly those active in the health care fraud and abuse field. Either approach provides a cost-effective solution to the high costs of defending litigation.
We also handle a range of internal investigations that take only one or two of our attorneys working closely with corporate compliance officials.
