Rosemary B. Healy

Professional Experience

Rosemary B. Healy joined Burke O'Neil in November, 2007. Prior to joining Burke O'Neil, Rosemary worked for over a decade at the General Accountability Office (GAO), the investigative arm of Congress. While at GAO, she provided legal advice and assistance on a wide variety of issues involving financial institutions and markets and international trade. In addition, she supervised attorneys that provided legal advice and assistance relating to financial institutions and markets and the federal tax code.

Rosemary began her career at Arnold & Porter representing financial institutions on a variety of matters including banking and securities regulatory issues, legislation and mergers and acquisitions.

Rosemary has also served as a court appointed special advocate for children who have been placed in foster care.

Education

Rosemary B. Healy received her JD degree from Catholic University in 1987, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. She received her B.A. degree in history from Kenyon College.
